Alkalising Green Matcha Smoothie
The team here at Matcha Machine HQ seriously couldn't live without our blender and smoothies - especially when we're busy in the mornings. This green smoothie is a personal favourite - it's substantial enough to be a filling, nutritious alternative for breakfast, the almond milk, spinach and lemon juice is alkalising which settles your body and by adding chia seeds and our Matcha Boost Powder it's absolutely loaded with energy to get you through the day.
- 1 Banana (Frozen makes the consistency thicker if you like it that way)
- 1 Handful of spinach leaves
- 1 Cup of almond milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Matcha Machine Boost powder
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon oats (preferably wholegrain)
- 1 Squeeze of lemon juice
