The yummiest Matcha Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Are you wanting to have a snack before or after the gym or a little sweet treat after dinner? These protein bites are super easy to make and they’re just as delicious as well. Who knows, you could even make them for someone and give them away as a little housewarming or birthday gift.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cup peanuts
½ cup peanut butter
6 dates
2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder
2 teaspoons of Matcha Machine Cleanse Sencha powder
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of hot water
Method:

Place dry ingredients + peanut butter into a blender and mix till smooth. Add water and blend.

Place in a small lined baking tray and press flat

Set in the freezer for about an hour

Remove from freezer and cut them into little bite sized pieces. If you want to be creative and make shapes out of them, this is also a brilliant idea. I tend to use heart shaped cookie cutters.

To decorate you can dip in chocolate and use sprinkles or just have them plain.
